冬陰功湯是泰🇹🇭式最有名的湯🍲
也是酸辣之意，冬陰是指酸辣，功指的則是蝦，也就是酸辣蝦湯。
冬陰功湯以色澤全紅，湯味馥鬱可口，辣度十足的為佳🔥

夏季大多數人沒胃口，總是需要一些較重口味的食物來開開胃，冬陰功湯🍲就是最好的選擇，在家自己👩🏻‍🍳做真材實料，而且非常簡單，酸酸辣辣又特別開胃😋~

💁🏻教大家做個冬陰公湯

材料：(4人份量)  
10隻 蝦
3條 新鮮辣椒🌶 （如鍾意食辣）
6個 草菇
少許雞胸肉片
2湯匙Tom Yum醬
2湯匙魚露
2湯匙 淡奶

💁‍♀做法：
將蝦剝殼後，蝦仁與蝦頭分開裝盤。
取三杯量的冷水煮沸，並放入蝦頭。
待蝦頭變紅色，湯成淺橘紅色便把蝦頭撈起，留下高湯。
將草菇，以及Tom Yum醬一同加入高湯中，煮至有香氣即可。
加入蝦仁、雞胸肉。 (放入後不要急著攪拌，馬上攪拌會造成蝦子腥味跑進湯裡，稍等蝦子變色50％再開始翻動，等蝦子全變色即可馬上關火。)
依照個人口味加入魚露以淡奶調味
