浸發方法如下：
1. 用清水浸發一日；
2. 煲一鍋滾水，放入有蔥﹑薑及海參滾20分鐘，熄火焗至水涼；
3. 再用清水浸發兩至三天，每天早晚換水；
4. 如不夠軟，請重覆以上步驟2及3；
5. 浸發三天後用鉸剪開肚，取出內臟，刮去沙粒，就可以拎嚟整餸啦🤩

浸發好嘅海參可以放入冰櫃冷藏成年都可以食用。
