做法：
1、🦌鹿筋洗凈，溫水浸泡至軟。
2、花生、紅棗去核後，洗凈，稍浸泡。
3、豬骨🐷洗凈，用🔪刀背敲裂。
4、然後一起與生薑放進瓦煲🥣內，加入💦清水，武火煲🔥沸後，改為文火🔥煲約3個⏱小時，調入適量食鹽和生油。花生、鹿筋🦌可撈起，拌入醬油🍾即可。
三、功效：✅補脾暖胃、✅強筋壯骨。
四、適用範圍：用於慢性腰腿痛、四肢麻痹、關節酸痛、腰膝冷痛等症。
