🍋🍋日本沖繩人長壽又精靈，日常飲食入面原來成日都會用到呢種酸香濃郁嘅香檬原汁‼️今次仲係趁果實最青綠時採收，連果皮一齊榨，川陳皮素同果香都更加集中😍😍🇯🇵日本沖繩縣產100%青切香檬原汁嚟啦,好多客人想再買,把握機會😍

香檬並唔係檸檬，而係沖繩非常具代表性嘅柑橘類水果，味道比普通檸檬更有層次，入口酸得醒神之餘，仲帶住清新果香同淡淡果皮甘香🍋

今次採用青綠時收成嘅青切香檬，將原個果實連皮一齊榨取。香檬果皮含有較豐富嘅川陳皮素等柑橘類多酚，相關研究亦有探討川陳皮素嘅抗氧化及抗炎作用；因此過往日本健康節目介紹香檬時，亦經常以抗氧化、抗炎及日常關節保養等角度作分享

100%香檬原汁，冇加入糖分調味，所以唔係開蓋當普通果汁飲嗰種，而係酸香非常濃郁嘅原汁！每次只需要少量稀釋，鍾意甜味可以自行加入蜂蜜、寡糖或者糖漿調配🥰
500ml膠樽包裝，輕身、不易碎，倒取同放入雪櫃更方便

建議飲用方法：
1.  香檬水/梳打，比例 1：30 做稀釋(10cc 原汁約可稀釋 300cc 的水)，亦可依照個人喜好來調配
1. 蜂蜜香檬冰紅茶，300cc熱水浸泡紅茶包 2~3 分鐘，加冰塊冷卻，最後加2茶匙蜂蜜及10cc香檬汁
2. 香檬清冰棒，340cc清水，～40克砂糖及12cc 香檬汁
3. 除特飲之外，香檬有著獨特的果香，可以代替檸檬整甜品/烘焙（例如檸檬撻、煮果醬、打發蛋白等等)
4. 調配沙律、涼拌小菜、沾醬或醬汁
5. 烹調常小菜，例如泰式香檬魚、檸檬雞、泰式打拋肉等
